Algorithm Programmers
Position Summary
We are looking for an Algorithm Programmer to join our commodity trading and vision team based in St James, London. You will work towards automating our discretionary trading systems into algorithmic financial trading software using various technologies. You will be given the autonomy to design solutions creatively and follow through with implementation while collaborating closely with others.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Algorithm Engineer you will:
- Convert our strategies into workable automated trading.
- Provide advice and assistance in planning our automation.
- Work with the technical department of our Brokerage firms.
- Have technical responsibility for one or more significant sections of the assigned works.
- Back-Test new system under the events of the past.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills
- Masters, Ph.D., in Mathematics or self-taught and have remarkable achievements to your credit.
- Possess a solid understanding of algorithmic principles.
- Experience in software development using C++/Python, MQL5, and testing debugging tools.
- Ability to provide good technical design documents and clearly present complex ideas.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, results-orientated attitude, proficiency in problem-solving.

- Ability to work in an exciting Team environment.
- Participation at a low, middle, and high level in your field.
- Dedication to the goals established – an achiever.
- Previous work experience in the financial services sector.

Accountant
Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to assist our Chief Financial Officer in managing our day-to-day accounting and finance functions.
The ideal candidate for this position will be a skilled multi-tasker and experienced in building the accounting function within a rapidly growing young company with an understanding of how to navigate the challenges of scaling and beyond. The candidate will need the ability and be comfortable to wear many hats, particularly during the first 6 months whilst we build a team around us on a multinational level.
As a result, this will be a hugely varied and pivotal role within the management team that provides a great opportunity for growth and leadership.
The role will initially be split into two broad areas, Finance Operations, and Accounting & Strategy.
Over time the applicant’s focus will be primarily focused on Accounting and strategy, but for the first few months, the applicant will need you to get its hands dirty and take responsibility for both, to get our operations up and running.
Role and Responsibilities
As an Accountant you will:
- Maintain Book-Keeping records on a day-to-day basis, reconcile accounts
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable & Receivable processes
- Process employee Payroll, Expense claims, and Credit Card reports
- Perform regular Bank Reconciliations & Financial Analysis
- Deal with all Month-End accounting routines
- Deal with Debt Management and Collection
- Manage Cash flows
- Improve efficiencies and reducing costs across the business
- Deal with Stakeholder management
- Prepare and deal with Taxation matters ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Assist CFO in preparing the financial statements and managing monthly budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Assist CFO in developing a financial strategy, including risk minimisation plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Identify opportunities and drive process improvement
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills
- The ideal candidate will be IT literate and Qualified ACCA, ACA, or CIMA, however, qualified by experience candidates will be considered. Previous exposure to IFRS or GAAP is a prerequisite.
Desirable Skills & Experiences
- Confidentiality, excellent organisational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good staff relations and the ability to communicate clearly.
